Closer to finishing bathroom

I finally have something to add to the bright wall in my bathroom!  I found a great set of canvases from Michaels and also had a cut-out pattern of a flower & went to work on my newest decoration!  I'm really liking the way the bathroom is slowly coming together.  There's still more work to be done, but it's perfect for right now :D  I'll show you how I made this decoration in another post, but for now, here is the finished product!

Well, maybe not completely finished - I feel like the art work is still missing something, so we'll see what comes to mind in the coming days, maybe weeks, maybe even months.........

We still need to do something else with the old floor, but that'll be another project down the road :)

Reminder of what it looked like before:

Interesting idea - I've never seen this done before. Good job.

Home made art is the best kind :-) It's great to get the creative juices flowing and make something that's uniquely you and unique for your home. I love the look of the flower on the four canvases - it gives it a modern, edgy look. Maybe if you paint a colour block around the canvases, it'll give the illusion of a bigger piece of art and make it stand out more. Just a suggestion, I think it looks great as it is :-)

Thanks for the sweet comments, Kelly! Great idea on the color block around the edge - that could make it look great!
